HATCH is a FREE 8-week, comprehensive culinary professional workforce development program for young adults aged 18-24. The program focuses on teaching essential life and 'knife' skills to prepare students for employment in various industries including restaurants and hospitality.
The HATCH program includes fully accommodated lunches, field trips, and hands-on kitchen experience with our experienced chef. Classes are held every Tuesday through Friday from 9am CST to 3pm CST.
